Founder

Detris Gamble

Detris is the Founder and Executive Director of Bonded By Heart, a community focused on empowering girls and women through connection, mentorship, and personal growth. With over 15 years of administrative experience and a lifelong commitment to leadership and service, she has served as Class President, Cheer Captain, and youth mentor. A dedicated wife, mother, and community leader, Detris is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where women and girls can grow, connect, and thrive.

Advisory Board Members

Charlotte Gray Porter,

M.A (Christian Education)

Charlotte is a minister and community leader with extensive experience in youth development and family support. She has owned a daycare, worked within the Board of Education, and supervised staff serving individuals with disabilities. She advises the Sisterhood on community engagement and youth support, bringing a strong passion for service and inclusion.

Terry Gamble

Terry is a missionary and community leader with over 25 years of experience working in the school system. She has served on women’s ministry boards and as a praise and worship leader, and is passionate about supporting families and uplifting others. She advises the Sisterhood on mentorship, community engagement, and values-based programming.

Keyasha Guess

Keyasha has over 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She has volunteered with the Salvation Army Summer Youth Program, as well as served as a youth pastor. Currently, she is furthering her commitment to care and service by pursuing to become a Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN). She advises the Sisterhood on financial structure, accountability, and operational support.
