Detris is the Founder and Executive Director of Bonded By Heart, an organization dedicated to bringing women and girls together to build meaningful relationships, develop confidence, and grow personally and professionally.
Detris has demonstrated leadership and a passion for service from an early age. She served as Class President and Senior Student Counselor, was an active member of the National Junior Honor Society, and held leadership roles as Cheerleading Captain while participating in multiple dance teams. These experiences helped shape her strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and community engagement.
With over 15 years of experience in the administrative field, Detris brings organization, structure, and professionalism to her work, ensuring that the Sisterhood operates with intention and excellence. Her continued involvement in youth activities, including serving as a team mom for little league football and a cheer coordinator, reflects her deep commitment to supporting and mentoring young people.
Beyond her professional and community roles, Detris is a devoted wife, mother, and sibling who values connection, support, and unity. Known as a true “girls’ girl,” she is passionate about uplifting others and creating safe, empowering spaces where women and girls can grow, feel seen, and thrive.
She is committed to building a lasting community where confidence, leadership, and sisterhood are cultivated every day. As a founder, Detris is driven by a clear mission to create safe, supportive spaces where girls and women can develop leadership skills, and experience a sense of belonging. Her work is grounded in a commitment to consistency, accountability, and the well-being of participants, with a strong emphasis on structured programming and positive mentorship.
