About Bonded By Heart

Bonded By Heart LLC is a membership-based sisterhood organization dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, personal growth, community engagement, and empowerment for teen girls and women.

Participation Requirements 

Participation in Bonded By Heart programs, events, and activities is voluntary.

All participants agree to:

• Follow organizational policies and procedures

• Abide by applicable codes of conduct

• Treat others with dignity and respect

• Support a safe and inclusive environment

For participants under age 18, parental or guardian consent may be required.

Membership

Membership benefits, requirements, fees, and participation opportunities may change periodically.

Bonded By Heart reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership when policies, safety standards, or codes of conduct are violated.

Events and Programs

Event dates, locations, schedules, speakers, and activities are subject to change.

Bonded By Heart reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify programs when necessary due to safety concerns, weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all meetings, events, online activities, and communications.

Failure to follow organizational expectations may result in corrective action, suspension, or removal from participation.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in activities involves certain inherent risk.

By participating, members and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept responsibility for ordinary risks associated with attendance and participation.

Bonded By Heart will take reasonable measures to promote participant safety but cannot guarantee the prevention of all accidents, or unforeseen events.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, Bonded By Heart may contact emergency services and designated emergency contacts listed on participant forms.

Parents and participants are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information.

Photos and Media

Photographs, videos, and recordings may be taken during programs and events.

Media will only be used according to the permissions granted through participant or parent/guardian media release forms.

Participants may decline media use through the appropriate consent process.

Intellectual Property

The Bonded By Heart name, logo, branding, curriculum materials, training materials, publications, and website content are the property of Bonded By Heart LLC.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

• Disrupt website functionality

• Use website content for unlawful purposes.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
