Code of Conduct Summary
Purpose
The Sisterhood Code of Conduct sets expectations for behavior, relationships, and community culture. All members, teens and adults are expected to uphold these standards.

Uplift and support one another without judgement
Develop confidence, leadership, and self-worth

Experience a true sense of belonging
Expected Conduct
All members agree to:
Treat others with respect, kindness, and dignity
Speak and act in ways that uplift rather than harm
Honor differences and maintain a non-judgmental environment
Respect personal boundaries (physical, emotional, digital)
Communicate honestly and responsibly
Follow mentorship and supervision guidelines
Prohibited Conduct
The following are not permitted:
Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
Gossip, intimidation, or manipulation
Inappropriate physical contact or communication
Secrecy around safety concerns involving minors
Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern
Accountability
Violations may result in corrective action, including removal from activities or membership, in alighnment with the Safeguarding Policy.
Note: Safety concerns are handled under the Sisterhood Safety and Safeguarding Policy.
